Who is responsible. The provider named in the imprint. Contact: hello@trailbook.ai.

What this site does not do. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking pixels, embeds no third-party content and loads no external fonts. There is no account, no newsletter and no contact form.

Hosting. The site is delivered by Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA, with EU data centres). To deliver the page, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs for a short period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to this processing.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies, fingerprinting or personal profiles. No individual visitor can be identified from it.

Buying Trailbook. The purchase happens on gumroad.com. Gumroad, Inc. processes your payment and delivers the files under its own privacy policy. We receive the e-mail address you enter at checkout so that we can send product updates and answer support requests. We do not pass it on and do not use it for advertising.

E-mail. If you write to hello@trailbook.ai, we process what you send us to answer you and keep the exchange as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
